UNICORN ALPHABET
A display typeface inspired by unicorns. Each letter is drawn by hand and afterwards shaded through half-toning. The font has two styles, the Magical Unicorn Princess (Unicorn) and Magical Unicorn Sans (without horn). Next to this both sides have a version without shading, for usage in running text instead of headers.The typeface consists of only capitals, but of each letter are two versions available, to counter repetition. The punctuation and numerals have been illustrated similarly, numerals based on rainbows, and the punctuation on clouds, glitter and stars.The typeface was a free to download release, and users have created various works with it, from publications to laser-etchings.The typeface has been chosen for the Typodarium calendar as the typeface for April first, Aprils' fools.
